Villa Zesira is privately owned and located in a beautiful idyllic setting on the Zesira Biodynamic Farm, near Modica, it is almost hidden from view but easily accessible.  There is a long winding country road to the property, but as soon as you arrive you will instantly start to experience relief from the rigors of everyday life and the many stresses of the city, you can relax stress free and experience a different way of life where you can meet up with yourself. Here, you will easily find tranquility with an abundance of peace and quiet  away from a crazy and restless world outside its boundaries.

Just imagine, on summer nights you can relax by the swimming pool  whilst observing the moon, the stars and the constellations, or by day  you can walk among the hills enriched by age-old olive and carob trees, you can smell the flowers, soak up so much light, and walk in the wheat fields submerged under a thousand red poppies.  Within this Eden you will immediately find poetry, as in an island where sweet flowers are born, you can hear the wind among the leaves, and the piano playing unchained melodies.

Simply allow your mind to wander on remote paths and cerulean seas, among rose petals, and the foaming waves of the sea, between sunrise and sunset, until, again, the air is tinged with music. You can savor the wisdom of time, the simplicity of nature, with the splendor of the sun and the whiteness of the moon, the gentle flight of butterflies.  Villa Zesira can be your Heaven on Earth  created  just for you to enjoy  whilst at the same time charging your batteries and filling your heart with sweet perpetual emotions –  why not allow yourself  to be dazed by Sicilian scents (or maybe great Sicilian wine) and immerse yourself in infinity?

Located near Modica and near the county seat of Ragusa, the Villa can be a useful starting point to visit these two interesting and thriving cities that boast strong historical roots, or maybe you could visit beautiful Noto, or Pozzallo, Scicli, Ispica, or go to the sea, choosing from several destinations along the coasts of the Mediterranean and the Ionian Sea.

We can comfortably accommodate up to ten people for your stay at Villa Zesira. On the ground floor there are three large bedrooms, a wide kitchen, a living room and a bathroom, while on the second floor there are two bedrooms, a large living room, and a big bathroom. There is also a room with a large grand piano for musicians available on request.

You can enjoy our beautiful outside swimming pool and seating area, relax and have dinner in the gazebo or in the shade of the carobs and olive-trees. There is also a great barbeque at your disposal.
